These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of services offered by Kari Yasi ("we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to strategy sessions, connection calls, retreats, and advisory programs. By completing a purchase or booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We offer consulting and strategy services for retreat leaders and wellness entrepreneurs. Specific deliverables, duration, and format are described on the relevant booking or checkout page.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase and before the session takes place will be honored in full. No refunds are available after the session has been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and content shared during our sessions and programs are the intellectual property of Kari Yasi and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are educational and strategic in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. You are solely responsible for the implementation and results of any strategies discussed during our sessions.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information collected during booking and intake is used solely to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
